- Can the customer pick up the moonwalks?
The moonwalks are very heavy and can be easily damaged if not set
up properly. Safety is our number one priority so because of the
weight and risk of possible injury, we deliver all inflatables.
- Can Coastal help set up our party?
Yes! We deliver and set up all of our moonwalks. If you would
like us to set up your canopies we charge $120 fee unless the fee is
already included. We also offer the option of setting up your tent or
canopy the day before your party. We will take everything down the
day after your party.
- What if I want to cancel my party?
If you would like to cancel your party, we recommend that you do
so any day up until the day of. This is only for the off chance
that we have already left to deliver your party items. However,
we do not have a cancellation fee. We will deliver rain or shine
if we do not hear from the customer!
- Do you deliver to other cities not listed?

- Can I set up my canopy on pavement?
Our tents and canopies need to be staked into the ground. If
there is grass, dirt, or sand on the outskirts of the pavement
then we can do it! Moonwalks can be set up on any type of flat
surface. We are also available to come out to in the days prior
to your party if you are unsure about the surface.
- What are the dimensions of your inflatables?
Our basic moonwalks are 15 x 15, our combos are 16 x 18, and our
specialty inflatables all range in size. You can find the dimensions,
including length, width, and height, underneath the requested
inflatable.
- Are the tents and inflatables clean?
Cleanliness is one of our top concerns. We make sure to clean all
of our inflatables, tents, canopies, tables, fun food machines etc.
before and after a function.
- Do I need to give a deposit for my party?
The only request we have after booking a party is your credit card
information. We do not do anything with this card number prior to
your party. When your party items are delivered you can give our
staff cash, check, or you can tell them to charge your card and we
will do so the day of your party.
- What is the booking and payment process?
We do all of our booking over the phone or email. You can call
781-294-1784 and we can talk you through booking a party you won’t
forget! We also have a reservation request tab which automatically
emails us. After receiving what you want, we will follow up with
a phone call to finalize your reservation.
- Can the customer pick up fun food machines?
Customers may have the option to pick up any machine, tables or
chairs for their party. However, we must deliver the frozen drink
machine because of the size and weight of the machine. The delivery
fee is included in that price. All inflatables, large special
occasion tents, and the gas grill cannot be picked up.
